“As a therapist, I hold onto the vision of your possible future even when you are in so much pain you cannot see beyond today. I wait patiently for the day when you can see the beauty inside yourself that I saw from the very first day we met.” – Asians for Mental Health

Therapy is about more than coping — it’s about rediscovering your strength, building self-trust, and creating a life that feels meaningful. My style is warm, genuine, and down-to-earth. I know it can feel overwhelming to reach out for help, so I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered from the very beginning.

I take an eclectic approach, blending evidence-based techniques with a person-centered, trauma-informed perspective. This means I adapt to what you need, whether that’s learning practical tools to manage anxiety, exploring relationship patterns, healing from past trauma, or finding your identity and sense of belonging.

I specialize in working with individuals of all ages — children, teens, and adults — who are navigating:

Anxiety, stress, and burnout

Depression or loss of motivation

Life transitions and identity exploration

Trauma and emotional overwhelm

Perfectionism and self-worth challenges

Relationship struggles and communication difficulties

I understand how heavy it can feel to carry challenges on your own. Together, we work to uncover what’s holding you back, strengthen your coping skills, and build a greater sense of clarity and balance.

My role is not to tell you who to be, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own wisdom and resilience. Healing isn’t always linear, but with the right support, you can move forward with confidence, compassion for yourself, and hope for what’s ahead.

If you’re ready to take that next step, I would be honored to support you on your journey. **Natasha is currently in network with BCBS of KC, United Healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, and Aetna.*
